Supporting our customer 100%
Now, beginning of 2021 my reflection is how quickly our playfield changed due to the pandemic. One big change was the lack of “in real life” interaction with our customers. Rini’s mission is always to support our customers 100% and deliver a premium product and we will step up even further. Having come a fair bit already we will now intensify our effort and train our team of excellent distributors world-wide with targeted courses. These involve:
- In-depth product knowledge
- Best practice using in real customer cases
- Technical support issues
Our goal is to make sure that every local distributor are experts and meet up to “Rini Certified distributor standard”.
We will have to see what happens with physical exhibitions and congresses but rest a sure we will also be there when possible.
