Leadership Transition at Rini
Rini is pleased to announce a leadership transition.
Effective September 1st, Lisa Jäderberg will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Lars Svensson, who has successfully led the company for many years, will continue as one of the owners of Rini and serve as a member of the board.
This change marks a new phase in Rini’s development, while ensuring continuity in the company’s values and direction. Rini will continue its mission, advancing ergonomics in the medical field and ensuring that surgeons can work in the most comfortable, ergonomic, and effective way possible.
The company extends its gratitude to Lars for his outstanding leadership and dedication throughout the years.
Lars will remain closely connected to the company in his role as owner and board member and be part of a Rini expertgroup, and he will continue to be available through his existing contact information.
With Lisa taking on the CEO role, Rini looks forward to further strengthening its position as a trusted manufacturer of ergonomic high-quality products and to continuing to build strong relationships with customers and partners worldwide.
