One big change was the lack of \u201cin real life\u201d interaction with our customers. Rini\u2019s mission is always to support our customers 100% and deliver a premium product and we will step up even further. Having come a fair bit already we will now intensify our effort and train our team of excellent distributors world-wide with targeted courses. These involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth product knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Best practice using in real customer cases<\/li>\n<li>Technical support issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our goal is to make sure that every local distributor are experts and meet up to \u201cRini Certified distributor standard\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>We will have to see what happens with physical exhibitions and congresses but rest a sure we will also be there when possible.<\/p>\n<p>I want to finish this post with a hot product news! The new surgeon chair Carl Mk2S 2021 facelift is now ready for shipment.
